By creating an account, accessing, or using VIBEKISS, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

VIBEKISS is a dating platform intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older.

By using VIBEKISS, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to use dating services in your jurisdiction
• You have not been previously banned from VIBEKISS

Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately terminated and deleted without notice.

2. Account Registration

To use VIBEKISS, you must create an account using accurate and truthful information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not impersonate another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use VIBEKISS in a respectful, lawful, and safe manner.

You must NOT:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit other users
• Upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

4. Content You Provide

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or share, including photos, messages, and profile information.

By submitting content, you grant VIBEKISS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Matches, Chats & Interactions

VIBEKISS facilitates user connections but does not guarantee matches, responses, or relationships.

You acknowledge that:

• Interactions are solely between users
• We are not responsible for offline meetings
• You interact with others at your own risk

6. Subscriptions, Boosts & Payments

VIBEKISS may offer premium features, subscriptions, and boosts.

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase
• Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies

We do not store your payment card details.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
• Present safety or legal risks

Your privacy is important to us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VIBEKISS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

• User behavior or interactions
• Loss of data or content
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Indirect or consequential damages
